Mozcom's spam filter was set to a high value by default, with no way to turn it off.

The spam filter on Mozcom was set to a high value by default, with no way to turn it off.

We contacted mozcom earlier today to request a report with the alternatives for turning off the spam filter in their email settings.

As you can see in the video below, Mozcom rejected a large number of emails, whereas apexvalue accepted each and every one.

The difference between mozcom and apexvalue's email hosting may be seen below.

The reason for this is because the mozcom spam filter was turned on and the Spam Threshold Score was set to 5, which is the default, and all mozcom users have no choice to disable it or change the spam score number to a lower amount.

APEXS: Mozcom's spam filter

We're hoping that the mozcom team would take a look at this and provide us the option to disable or set a custom spam threshold score.

We're hoping that Mozcom will take action on this, or else we'll stop using their email service and cancel our account subscription.
