Davis discontinued automobile product line
At the end of 2017, Davis Instruments formally confirmed the discontinuation of their automobile product line.
Orders will be available until March 31st, 2018. By the end of May, 2018, they will dispatched all of the orders they have received.
Hardware for automobiles will be maintained for up to 5 years.
The car hardware, the CarChip Connect website, and the PC software will not be changed.
The website online.carchipconnect.com will be available for up to three years.
As 2G services become outdated, CarChip Connect will not be updated to 3G or LTE.
